V Pick Large Rounded

Standard 2.75mm

Vinni's personal favorite guitar plectrum. Huge tone, creamy highs, and a fat bottom end. Strong mid range boost. Very fast action. Also a great mandolin pick. So easy to hold on to. It feels like its actually gripping you! This pick will relax your hand while you're playing because you don't have to grip it as hard and firm as a regular guitar pick. Remember, if you're thinking about your guitar pick while you're playing, then you are using the wrong pick! You should be spending that energy creating art, not being concerned with your equipment. 2.75mm thick. 

Lite 1.5mm

Bright, lively tone. Very, very fast action due to the round corners and bevel design. Great for acoustic guitars, electric guitars and mandolins. Easy grip. Does good tremolo playing on mandolins. This pick is a bit warmer sounding than the Large Lite Pointed. Just a little more mids. Great for strumming and for leads as well. A very good all around, go-to pick. 1.5mm thick.

Ultra Lite 0.8mm

Very good Acoustic or Electric guitar pick. Very popular with mandolin players as well. Gets more volume due to its larger size. Bright, powerful pick. Feels good in your hand. The gripping character of this material makes it easy to hold on to. Rounded corners and design make for very fast action. .8mm thick. Has just a bit of flex.

The different thickness of V-Picks

Many V-Picks come in 3 different thickness:

2.75mm - This thickness is long wearing and also encourages the relaxation of the hand. Remember, the thicker the pick, the fatter the tone.

1.5mm - A thinner pick that sounds brighter & crisper

0.8mm - This size has a bit of flex in the pick and is the brightest of the 3

Premium 4.1mm - Much bigger tone, easier to grip, eliminate pain caused by using a filmy pick, 

Pointed vs. Rounded

Pointed picks have a brighter, more articulate sound.

Rounded picks have a warmer, fatter tone with more mid-range
